Maritime Resource Management (MRM)
The course aims to minimize the risk of incidents by promoting safe and responsible behavior and ensuring that available resources are utilized most effectively to accomplish tasks as safely and efficiently as possible.
It includes lectures and interactive training modules on human interaction and resource management led by a certified workshop leader. It incorporates an application case with a full-mission bridge and engine room simulators. This program meets the STCW Code requirements for Bridge and Engine-Room Resource Management, focusing on leadership and teamwork skills.
